Campus Password Reset / Unable to Log in

Network and System Services has adopted a new password policy. If you are unable to login to Blackboard and have been able to previously, your password needs to be reset. Your student or faculty account may now be locked out because you have failed to change your password within the time period after you were notified. If this is the case you will not be able to log in on the lab/tec machines, into your email, or into Blackboard. To resolve this please go to http://www.rowan.edu/password and reset your password. You need to select I do NOT know my password because your account is locked already. The password reset should be instant for computer log in and email. It may take a little longer for blackboard and for smartphones or other mobile devices.
